We currently deliver across Australia. If you're outside our standard delivery zone, contact us
for a custom shipping quote — we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

📦Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. You can also log into your account to check your order status anytime.

📅 Delivery Scheduling

For large items or white glove service, our team will contact you to schedule a convenient delivery window. Please ensure someone 18+ is home to receive and inspect the delivery.

What can I expect with delivery afterplacing my order?

  1. Once you have placed your order, a delivery date will be provided at checkout for online customers and confirmed in the order confirmation email. Alternatively, you can confirm your delivery date with a Modern Nook representative through our various contact points or in our gallery. If a delivery date has not been confirmed, you will receive an email notification regarding your available products, which are ready to be scheduled for delivery.

  2. Once a date has been scheduled, you will receive a confirmation email with your confirmed delivery date. These arrangements are final unless you notify us of any changes. Any modifications must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery, or a non-negotiable redelivery charge will apply.

  3. You will get a text message from our carrier partner with the delivery time frame one day before your scheduled delivery. If you are receiving small goods or you’re located outside of our third-party contractor’s delivery route, the service will be conducted by an external courier company and may require signature upon delivery.
